Dinosaur Skull and Snakeskin Agate Memento Mori

These Memento Medallions were conceived from a desire to make art pieces that convey power to the wearer, something discovered buried for ages, just recently unearthed. They are a reminder of the fleeting nature of life whether it be a Memento Mori or Memento Vivere. This too shall pass, as the saying goes. Each medallion features a casted totem paired with a stone. I can't say for sure what each piece means, but I know there is something deeply meaningful about each one, I could sense it in their making. I hope you find something perfect for you.

*Oxidation involves treatment of metal with a patinating medium that darkens the metal. When partially polished-off it adds a warm and worn glow. Oxidation is not permanent, and your piece will adjust to your wearing, darkening over time and lightening on areas that touch your skin or clothes. You can periodically brighten a piece by cleaning it.
